Returns & Refund Policy

At ETHNIc, client satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love your outfits. If you are not completely satisfied with your party gowns, silk kaftans, or designer dresses, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within the parameters outlined below.
1. 7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of product delivery. You may exchange your clothing item for another design, size, or color of equal or higher value (paying the difference), provided:
- The clothing is completely unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition.
- All original packaging materials, brand price tags, hangers, security labels, and luxury boxes are returned intact.
- You provide the original print invoice or digital invoice sent to your email.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customization or hygiene:
- Custom-Tailored Alterations: Since tailor-altered garments are custom fit to your specific measurements, they are 100% non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Items purchased during Clearance Sales, Flash Sales, or marked with Special Discount tags.
- Products showing visible stains, wash marks, or fabric pulls after delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered with manufacturing defects (e.g. torn fabric, defective zippers, major stitching errors) and no replacement stock is available.
- The package was damaged during delivery transit, and you reported the damage to our courier agent immediately upon delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment channel (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Account).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact us through one of the following methods:
- Email our support desk at support@ethnicfashionbd.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Call our helpline at +880 1700-000000 (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday).
- Bring the item directly to any of our physical outlets (Banani, Dhanmondi, or Mirpur) along with your purchase invoice for an instant exchange evaluation.
